What work out plan, diet, weight loss program, etc. has helped

I didn't see results in days, but I certainly felt them, as I became more aware of my muscles working and breathing etc. As for a specific programme I don't follow one, I just eat lots of Protein, and “good” carbs, not sugars and have minimised the bad fats and increased the good stuff: omega 3 and 6 etc. I workout 4 – 6 times per week in the gym twice, swimming, cycling and running as well. However it does come with the job as a Personal Trainer, I never ask a client to do an exercise or programme that I have not done.
