I don't have any ab machines, and I wanna do the most effective workouts I can, also, would eating certain foods increase the effectiveness? If so what can I do? (I also have the Perfect Pushup thing butI don't see any progress from that at all) I'm 17 and I also have a tredmill, anything will do please!! I'm skinny but I wanna get fit ;]
just do your own workout.
i noticed on tv.. theres a fitness channel.. telling you how to workout your body.. there is also belly dancing.. it works!
