  6. nope!! i tried it… and it ends up really nice, it’s not became thick just
    like you say… and even until now i’m drinking it cold…

    to use it 🙂

  18. Honey has SOME good qualities, but it still spikes your blood sugar, it
    actually has more carbs then sugar, and the whole idea behind this is to
    lower your insulin levels which is what helps you to lose weight and lessen
    your cravings for carbs..

  22. I only did it for two weeks to kick start a healthy eating plan. As long as
    you don’t have a problem with the ingredients, I don’t see why you can’t do
    it every day, it’s just cinnamon, ginger and water, something some people
    eat every day. 🙂

    Do this with raw honey too, also helps to take chromium geltabs, all of it
    kills insulin resistance and keeps you from storing body fat
