Weight Loss, NO Exercise? Learn About It

So. You want a way to lose weight quickly that doesn’t involve exercise. Like I’ve said in my article summary, the number one thing people have been asking me lately is for a method that helps them lose weight without the use of exercise. Weight loss, no exercise? It’s easier than you think.

Years ago, I searched for a way to lose weight this way. “Weight loss, no exercise” was the thought embedded into my head; I just didn’t have enough time in my day to dedicate to exercise, and the progress seemed so slow. Who wants to spend all their time exercising, and without the benefit of seeing noticeable results within the first few months?? I know how hard it can be, what with your time tied up, a general dislike for exercise, and the slow progress. Well, that’s what this article is here for.

To start off, there is a myth that has been going around for years that many people believe, but only because of a misunderstanding. People believe that since exercise helps you lose weight, it also means you won’t lose any if you aren’t active. I can’t stress enough on my own how wrong this is. Exercise can help you lose weight, but it is not required for you to do so. I urge you, don’t be discouraged by the myth. Just wanted to get that out of the way first, so that you can understand that weight loss, no exercise is possible. Now, on to talking about the method.

Have you heard of calorie shifting before? It’s what I like to refer to as the diet that actually works. You know, in response to low carb, low calorie, low fat diets? Those 3 diets in particular cause your metabolism to think you’re in danger of starving. Calorie shifting takes advantage of the metabolism’s behavior and makes it believe it has to burn everything it can. So in response to calorie shifting, your body burns calories as quickly as possible.

Another way calorie shifting is different from most diets is that you can eat whatever you feel like. Very easy and effective way to lose weight without exercise or changing your life up too much.
