  6. Hey Hazel, I hope you don’t mind me asking. How long did it take you to
    lose the weight? I want to start off by eating mainly rice as my carb
    source (Asian alert!) and slowly transitioning to 90% 801010. I’m still
    eating meat in small quantities but want to slowly ease myself away from
    it. My reason is because of health issues as well as a half-marathon
    challenge coming up. I watch your vid about losing the weight first before
    attempting to run. Sorry, this is so lengthy. (><,")
