The Ultimate New York Body Plan is essentially two separate and distinct parts. The first part of the program is called the pre-program.

It’s a two-week program that helps you get ready for the real program. It helps people determine if they’re ready for the full program. Additionally, it helps them ramp up their body and their mind.

You’ll take an assessment test and get started on the program. At the end of the two weeks you’ll take the assessment again to help you determine if you’re ready for the next step.

If you’re not, no worries. You can continue with the pre-program until you’re ready.

The Ultimate New York Body Plan isn’t an easy program and it’s not for those who aren’t 100% committed to whipping their body into shape.

However, if you’re determined to get in shape and lose weight and you have the commitment required, the Ultimate New York Body Plan can be your turnaround point.
