    CHUBBY GUY!

  2. Question, I just did the whole workout for the first time and now my arms
    are sore. Is that normal?

  3. Hey @LifeByJen if you haven’t worked out in a long time then yes absolutely
feeling sore after a workout like this is normal. What it means is that
your muscles have had a good workout and they are now in a growth phase,
the more muscle you have the faster you will loose fat. The good news is,
the more you workout the less sore they will be. Also make sure you drink
plenty of water, before, during and after the workout and stick to a
routine you should be doing these shows 3-4 times a week.

  16. I’ve been on crutches for a year waiting for knee replacement surgery.
I’ve gained a lot of weight and am shocked at how much muscle tone I’ve
lost in that time. After reading the comments here, I’m anxious to start
doing these exercises and will keep you posted on my progress.

  17. Stumbled across this video and it’s just what I need. I used to love
walking workouts but back and leg issues prevent me from doing that now.

    renewed hope.

  20. Thank you so much! My mother has heart and kidney problems and I’ve been
wanting to find an exercise that wouldn’t hurt her. This is our first day
doing these together (I wanted to do this with her to encourage her) and
    she loves these!

She only made it over half of the video, but she did 15 minutes (vs the 2
minutes in our other attempts to get her to exercise) and I’m proud of her!

I also wanted to say that I love this show. You guys aren’t like the
average “barbie and ken doll” trainers. You are real people and I like
    that. Thank you!

  21. Thanks so much for this! Even though I was working out at a gym for three
years, all it did was hurt my arthritic knees more than ever. I’ve taken a
few months off and it’s time to get into the swing of things. Very cool,
    guys!
