I have done the work for you and have researched three of the most popular books on the topic of abs diet foods.

I am always skeptical when it comes to short term plans or regimes. However this book may be called the "6 week plan to flatten your stomach", however it is more so about taking 6 weeks to develop the habits you will need to tighten your stomach muscles.

This is the abs diet food book I tend to refer to the most. The book focuses on having you lose weight in six weeks, and it does work.

However you also need to ensure you continue with your healthy habits if you want to build your abs.

3) The Abs Diet Get Fit Stay Fit Plan:

The Exercise Program to Flatten Your Belly, Reshape Your Body, and Give You Abs for Life!

This abs diet food book will show you how to lose weight, keep it off and flatten your stomach in preparation for toning your abs.

It is a good guide for the beginning six pack entrepreneur, as those vital first stages will set your path to six pack glory.

This book focuses on a diet filled with protein and the usual array of fitness foods, but in an easy to read and follow method without the calorie counting!

Definitely one of the best abs diet food books.
