My Favorite, Free, New Fitness and Diet App: Lose It!

One key element to achieving successful weight loss is accountability. Lose It! lets you seamlessly and easily set goals and establish a daily calorie budget that enables you to meet them. It helps you stay on track each day by recording your food and exercise to keep within your weight loss and workout goals.

You can enter food and exercise easily, because this weight loss app is amazingly user-friendly and has a robust, searchable database. With just a couple quick clicks on your iPhone, you’re done, and able to see your progress (or where you need to improve your efforts).

I also like that you can quickly re-enter foods and meals you’ve had in the past. Presently, Lose It! is the most complete and streamlined weight loss application available for the iPhone—and it’s free! How easy is that? 🙂
