then too i have man boobs. it seems when i was small i was unaware i plwayed with them now i have 3 more problems by nipple is to growing big like girls my one of mi hip is larger than the other and my penis is losing in length wat should i do.

i dont do any excercise or jelqs streches any stuff

Testicles shrinking too? That is the result of being over exposed to estrogen in your development period. That doesn't mean being around females too often, it means you have or had a chemical imbalance.

What you can do to change that is your diet and activity levels. Remember that spot reduction (reducing body fat in one area) is for the most part a myth. If you do lose weight in a certain area first, it's because that is the way your body changes to function better.

You're going to have to struggle with this for the rest of your life if you don't change it yourself.

Don't drop all that money on surgery that you don't need and may not be able to afford.

Firstly, you need to get on an exercise regimen. Preferably a strength training regimen, or some sort of sports activity like boxing or something like that. But it needs to be rigorous as you need to back on some muscle to properly burn off the excess fat. So weight lifting, sprinting, anything anaerobic in nature is going to help you immensely. For that you can do your own research, or drop about 150$ and get p90x, that's an excellent program. But if I were you, I'd go with something like boxing or anything of that nature, plus some strength training and cardio when your muscles are tired.

Remember when you're on this regimen that exercise is the least important in the equation. Sleep and diet are far more important, but think of them like a holy trinity or something of that nature. For sleep, get at least 7 hours a night, at least! good to nap when you get a chance, and if you aren't tired, workout some more! unless you're working or something of course.

Now to the most important part; Diet and restrictions. I know it may sound gross, but you need to hit the vegetables pretty damn hard. In particular cruciferous vegetables (google it). It may suck if you don't like them, but when you're about to take that next bite of it just think “the feeling of getting rid of this situation is going to be way better than the taste of a milkshake or whatever the hell I could eat that's bad for me right now.” One thing you can pound away on is meat. So if you don't like it, tough luck, you need the protein right now.

If your hip bone is growing, you need to see a doctor immediately. If it's just fat, do what I'm telling you to do.

Avoid all estrogenic foods!!!! (google them)!!!!! Anything containing soy, cottonseed oil things of that nature need to be hated, and never consumed. The problem with that is, it's in almost everything processed. But deal with it. Another thing, stay away from weed. This will suck if you're a smoker, but the temporary loss of smoking it is worth it if you want to get rid of this problem. No Tobacco either! it actually shrinks thcapillarieses and will shrink your penis over time. (although this is slight, it is proven.) No beer either. Hard liquor is ok if you're looking for something to drink, buhopsps are terrible for men.

It may not look like it now, but I had a similar situation when I was younger. I did something about it. You should too.
