Make me an exercise program?

Or help me put one together/give me ideas? I want to spend about an hour a day exercising, I want to focus on my stomach and thighs but make sure its balanced at the same time.

It doesn't really matter if it's targeted or not, those are just problem areas, I can deal, I am just looking for a well-rounded exercise plan that I can do daily.

I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal.
