  5. It’s up to you how you want to design your workout. You can do it either
    way. Either do Absolutely Abs after this workout or do it on your weight
    lifting days. Weights and ab are both resistance training as both will tone
    and/or build muscle.

  7. Hi, thank you for your wonderful compliment. I stay in shape with exercise
    and I try to eat a very healthy diet. I think the secret lies in
    consistency. You really have to make it a way of life and just continue to
    do it regularly. I hope you will spend some time watching my diet and
    exercise videos because they will help you have great results too. As for
    stretch marks, I attribute that to good skin elasticity through healthy
    living and also not gaining weight too quickly with my pregnancies.

  9. I got a question? I have a Diastasis Recti split that is 10 fingers long,
    would this work out help or hurt me if I do this? I weight 197 I’ve lost 25
    pounds so far. I need to get down to 150 pound before I become total
    handicap due to my diseases called Charcot-Marie-Tooth. I’m already wearing
    leg braces on my legs.

    RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE WHO ARE OVER 40S.

  19. I really like this workout video. It is perfect for toning up and losing
    weight on my upper body.

  20. For those of you who said it was not low-impact, it actually is. At no
    point does she have both feet off the ground at the same time. If a person
    does not want to lift their arms or knees as high as she does, then modify
    by keeping them lower. Low impact does not mean “no effort”.

  23. I like this video! Perfect for me, a beginner. Although it does get my
    heartrate up, it doesn’t make me breathe too heavy (I have exercise induced
    asthma, so I have to be careful how hard I am breathing). Thank you!

  25. @ 7 1/2 minutes in I realized there was no warmup before the exercise
    started. How should I stretch to prep for this?
