Integrated Health Services Acquires Signature Home Care

IHS ) announced that it has acquired Signature Home

Care Group, Inc. headquartered in Irving, Texas. Terms of the

acquisition were not disclosed.

With annualized revenues of over $60 million, Signature Home Care

is a full service home health care company with 22 branch locations in

five states. The Company offers home nursing services, infusion

services, respiratory therapy and home medical equipment in Arizona,

Florida, Kansas, New Jersey and Texas. Signature also has contracts to

provide management services to home health providers.

health provider like Signature to our growing post-acute network and our

significant component of the Company’s strategy in developing our

networks and reducing a patient’s costs throughout an episode of

care. We intend to continue our growth in home health and continue

increasing our contracts with managed care payors.”

Including the acquisition of Signature Home Care, in the last few

months IHS has completed acquisitions of home health care and hospice

companies with revenues in excess of $110 million. The Company’s

annualized home health revenues prior to these acquisitions was

$115-$130 million.

Integrated Health Services is a highly diversified health

services provider, offering a broad spectrum of post-acute medical and

rehabilitative services through its nationwide healthcare network.

IHS’s post-acute services include subacute care, home health care,

inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, hospice

care, and diagnostic services. Supporting the full continuum of health

care needs, IHS currently operates over 600 post-acute service locations

in 40 states throughout the U.S.
