Ideal Body Weight Loss…. Running Tips

by Harvey Bond

Running is a fantastic health and weight loss technique. You will burn a considerable amount of fat each time you run, leading to weight loss. Running also has other health benefits that you may not be aware of.

Running Lowers Blood Pressure

Running is an excellent form of blood pressure treatment. Whilst people with high blood pressure should be careful not to undertake excessive and strenuous running, gentle running and brisk walking will assist your blood pressure.

Running Makes You Lose Weight for Your Ideal Body

That is a bold statement, but I feel it’s impossible NOT to lose weight if you run regularly (whilst eating a balanced diet). You simply burn too many calories whilst running for it not to have a positive effect on your weight.

A good idea is to use a treadmill every now and then to monitor exactly how far and fast you are running. Increase these things regularly and you’ll soon notice weight loss.

Running Strengthens The Heart

The heart is a muscle! A very special muscle, but it is still a muscle and should be treated as such. That means giving it exercise to increase its effectiveness and strength.

Running can decrease the risk of a heart attack as well as causing it to work less to achieve more. A fit person’s heart will beat less times per minute than an unfit person’s.

Running Assists in Mental Health

Running is not only a weight loss and physical health technique; it’s also a great stress reliever. Running everyday can help you forget your troubles.

When you run, hormones are released which make you feel good.

These hormones help to lower your stress levels. The same can be said for depression and anxiety, for which running is a wonderful free treatment.
Stress relief, anxiety depression relief

Running is the ultimate health and weight loss technique. As we’ve seen, its not only your physical health that will either, your mental health will improve radically.
