However are you going to squeeze in exercise in there? It’s a good thing you can lose fat without actually doing anything besides eating, right?.

Wait, is that actually possible?. Actually it is. Here are some great tips:

1. Eat foods with negative calories. Technically there aren’t foods with negative calories, but what this means is that you should consume foods that have less calories than what is needed by the body to digest them. Examples are high fiber fruits and vegetables. You can also go for no-calorie items, such as water whenever you are hungry. Make sure though that you do not go for “no calorie” sweeteners, because they actually have calories hidden in that pretty packaging.

2. Eat foods that help your body metabolize faster. One example is coffee, most people’s wake up mechanism in the morning. Tea could also work, and for those who get palpitations from a strong coffee concoction, try tea because you can control how strong it will be through blanching the tea packet in water for a shorter or longer period.

3. Rest well. By resting you are giving your body enough time to repair itself so that new, younger cells replace older ones. With younger skin cells you do not only look younger in return, but your body also works more efficiently. Getting a minimum of 6-8 hours sleep every night is important for not just your skin, but you overall health!.

4. Eat lots of fiber. Fiber is easily broken down by the body and it’s also easy to get out of the body. What makes fiber so good is that it carries with it some fat, which means easy disposal of them in a healthy manner. That’s a very easy way of getting rid of fat, don’t you think?

5. Detox your colon. Your colon can be clogged up with toxins, which cause you to have irritated stomach. One of the side effects of an unhealthy colon is constipation. If you detox regularly, you will feel that your bowel movements will be regularized and you can get rid of everything that is giving you unnecessary weight. There are some natural detoxification products available, but you can also use lemon water for some colon cleansing.

If you set your mind to it, there really is nothing stopping you from losing weight. It would be hard without exercise, but you have to keep in mind that going to the gym isn’t just the kind of exercise that can help you. Walking a few blocks per day or doing sit-ups before every bath could help you just as much, if you do them with conviction.
