How many sit ups and push ups can a person with a high fitness level do in one minute?

Preferably female statistics. I did an assessment where I did 34 situps in one minute and 28 girl push ups in one minute, and it said that I was at a moderate level, but didn't tell me what a high level was. So I'm curious- how many situps and pushups can a person with a high (not 'very high' just 'high') fitness level do, do you think?
