    Hey Laura 🙂 for this workoit do you have to go on a diet or only if you
    want to get better and faster results?If so im really fussy and dont like
    many healthy foods so you recomend on some good foods i can pack for school
    lunches and recesses but not any bread based things

  11. I wanna lose like 15 kg in 3 weeks. Is that possible? I’m never able to
    keep a diet going coz I always aim for meat and its natural to not have
    much veggies… also we have lots of sweets since my mum is a sweet
    maker… I hate diets..

    feel the difference between the first and the third exercise, that is
    between in’n’outs and frogs, Could you please explain?
