  1. Please clarify what you mean when you say sugar. Refined stuff only, or
    does this include honey, maple syrup, starches that our body changes into
    sugar, and fruit which naturally have sugar. Clarification will help me
    greatly. Thank you very much. 

  2. Excellent advice here Dr. Berg. Keeping your Cortisol under control is huge
    when it comes to fat loss. Most people are not aware that. Also, when I
    sleep at night, I sleep on a 1/2 grounding sheet to help reduce EMF’s ,
    which can play havoc with your Cortisol .
