Does anyone know good ways too lose weight other then my regular exercise routine?

I'm still over weight and I'm looking for a little extra boost for my regular exercise, I'm working on eating healthier, when I work out normally I run in the morning then some time at night I do curl ups I work out my arms a little and do squats for my legs just kinda a little bit of everything. Should I pump up the exercise? If anyone has any extra suggestions for anything that would be awesome! Thank you 🙂
