I would suggest to that dude a slow cut over 8 months where he keeps carbs
in everyday and doesn’t loose strength much!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve lost about 90 pounds or so in the last year. Strength went up do to me
being a noob and all. I need to drop this last 25 and I was thinking about
Carbnite. Been at a plateau for like a month.

Thanks for answering my question Mark. Def appreciate it and will have to
look at my diet on my non training days. Ill admit I do eat a lot of bread.

Thanks for this video Mark. I am a raw powerlifter (600,325, 450), but have
a lot of excess fat, but i don’t want to lose my strength. I am on a steady
decline of 4-5 pounds per week. staying away from carbs on non training
days and eating a little clean carbs on training days, love the vids, keep
them coming

I don’t see why you need to limit your carb intake pre workout when the
nutrients that would be absorbed take a considerable amount of time. The
time taken will depend on the whole meal consumed.
