Diet Fitness Plans?

What is a good diet plan?

Good example of Crossfit Weight lifting - In Crossfit Always lift until you reach the point of  Failure or you tear something

ex. (2 servings of meat, 8 glasses of water, etc.)

Things like that.

I AM NOT OVER WEIGHT…I JUST WANT TO BE MORE FIT AND HAVE BETTER ENDURANCE!

Do NOT recomend diet companies! I just want to know whatt I should be eating daily.

What should I be having for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, desert? (keep in mind, im only a teenager)

Note: this isn't any fancy “Diet Fitness Plan”

but “just” good food, the kind that normal people eat.

What do you do?

If you cut trees with an axe all day then

eat very big quantities of home cooked steak, pasta, pork, potatoes, cheeses, salads, chicken,veggies, fish, pulses, oranges, olives, nuts and drink lots of water.

If you sit at a computer all day then

eat very small quantities of home cooked steak, pasta, pork, potatoes, cheeses,salad, chicken,veggies, fish, pulses, oranges, nuts, olives and drink lots of water.

Not necessarily in that order. Eat bananas and avocados too!

As per the “Fitness” bit, do 50/100 lenghts a day at the local pool, and at the week-end run 20 miles on a beach if you have one, or grass will do.

Anything else is superfluous.
