    activities. Im recovering from surgery and cant do vigorous exercise so I’m
    doing the walking exercises. your videos are very fun and exciting.

  16. I’m 61, overweight. I’ve started again walking and biking after yet
    another illness that makes my body lose is muscle mighty fast. I really
    enjoyed the workout. I don’t know I could lose all that much weight, but
    my goal is to be able to move normally, no old lady like 😉 (shame on
    those who use this sight to advertise their stuff btw)

    Thanks so much for a workout I can do to strengthen other muscles in my
    legs than just forward walking 🙂 I can feel it already!

  20. this isnt as easy as it looks for me. I love it! First time working out in
    a long while so it was a bit harder for me but i’m sure it will be much
    easier next time! Love this!
