    week. Chemo BAD, Diet, exercise and mental state good.

  2. I believe that our toughts are controlled by what we feel is best for
    us…stress causes the parasympathetic nervous system to arise and react in
    a “fight or flight” situation..However, it takes alot of energy from our
    immune system which has two types of white blood cells (b lyphosites and t
    lyphocytes)…depression causes diseases, strokes,deaths, etc…thanks!!

  3. good lecture..But the body only understands Love and Fear..you just named
    things in connection with those 2. If you see the world beautful lucious
    and peaceful.thats what you are going to recieve.But if you want
    destruction and death.thats what you will recieve of course.Its common
    sense but i guess it takes scientist and people with degrees to get the

  4. ego isnt a good thing to have.If you want truth you have to get rid of
    ego.and im not saying ignore negative but acknowledge it and let it carry
    out its purpose when needed.If history teaches anything we have been living
    like a cancer upon the universe.And its time for us to change that. time
    for everyone to become who they are once more,Plus it will come back to you
    as you say.Thats called Karma.And only if you have bad karma will it come

    cells among other things. A study of women who had undergone treatment for
    breast cancer showed that those who engaged in a stress-management program
    of meditation had a significantly reduced chance of recurrence.

  10. I agree that stress does carry a large roll in effecting our nervous
    system. If we can be more healthy and exercise and consume b vitamins then
    it will prevent stress related problems.

  12. Stress is just something you create on your own if you fight against
    circumstances because you believe that they are wrong. Physical exercise,
    education and healthy eating (vitamins,minerals) wont prevent stress, you
    are just able to deal with the pain for longer.

    anger, fear , worry , love , guilt etc..and i was curious to know more
    about it , because it was driving me crazy! my friend used to track my
    emotions using “emotional” iPhone app by lokesh which really gave startling
    reports and information and made me realize my own self now! Peace be upon
