I've heard that between diet and exercise, diet is significantly more effective at weight loss. What are your thoughts/strategies on weight loss? And as far as exercise, what do you favor, cardio or weights? Thanks! 😀
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin.
For exercising, cardio will burn calories, and weights will help you to shape your
body, and to boost your metabolism, because if you have more musles, you burn more calories per activity.
