  5. “Total body fat” Smart man, people think you can strictly lose fat on one
    area. And if your stomach still looks/feels bloated, avoid products like
    milk for a bit. Nice video!

    Ill do the tbf test and get 8% i am about 50 pounds overweight im just not

  9. @ExtremeVancouver nice 1 chief, in truth i did have a 6 pack in the army, a
    fuckin great 1, and the only way i got it was weight loss simple as that
    honestly, every day i made sure i was burnin more than i ate and in about 3
    months i got it. when i left the army i started eating shit and what do ya
    know it went lol. 1 more thing i learnt was that i actually think my body
    prefers to hold some weight, as crazy as that sounds, i always end up
    settling at around 14 stone when i start eating normal.

  16. I wouldn’t know because I didn’t actually post this. Every time I change my
    password and such my account still seems to post these things. I even
    posted on the support forums but I can’t find anything on how this happens.
    Sorry for the false advertisement.

  21. I would need to eat around 2500 kcal I never reach that goal! Way too much
    for me, can I still lose fat with around 1800 kcal? I am around 13% bf but
    I can’t lose any more for about 4 months now.

  22. It’s easy to tell people how to lose weight — caloric deficit, duh. A
    better question that’s a lot harder to answer is how to lose weight or
    lower body fat percentage without losing muscle.

    for you to shed fat fast.

  24. It would be a shame if you did not build muscle when these people
    accomplish it easily with Exyph Fat Loss (Google it).
