  7. Protein is difficult for the body to utilise hence why it’s advisable to
    have a little protein with each meal, the body can really only digest and
    utilise a max of 18g protein in one go, the rest comes out in your shit,
    60g protein meals are pointless unless your a massive steroid munching
    beast.
