  2. @xKINGkhanSRKx What are you eating and are you stressing out your adrenal
    glands with caffeinated beverages? Drink more water, eat whole foods snacks
    like apples and almond butter, and don’t substitute caffeine for sleep.
    Seek out a nutritional therapist for help. You can feel better!
