  1. Videos like these, while informative take weight loss and fitness to an
extreme level! I lost 125lbs by simply cutting calories! I ate ice cream,
    chips, white bread, etc… I now have a 4 pack that’s soon to be a 6 pack!
In my honest opinion, when you take your dieting to such an extreme that
you worry about how much a certain food will spike your insulin then you’re
really not living… Don’t become a slave to food! Enjoy it, make smart
decisions and WORKOUT and you’ll be fit and healthy!

  2. unless you are diabetic in which case you should be wary…

  3. Thanks for the info

  4. Over 10,000? That’s OVER 9000!!!!!!!

  7. So, fruits, vegetables, and rainwater?

  9. So, is it still ok to eat soy products? I’m a vegetarian, so I eat a lot of
soy “meats.” I usually opt for summit’s milk, though. Although, coconut
milk is really fattening if you read the label.

  10. Just fruits and vegetable … yes. But this girl wouldn’t be able to make a
living would she? Take a breath. Just fruit and vegetables, in their
natural state will optimize “everyone’s” health. Nothing else.

  11. i literally just ate a sugarfree pudding lol

  12. Too much your rambling wtf. Just eat fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Yes
some of things are not great but taking out whole food groups will cause
you to fail. Diets dont work and this mess she is talking about will cause
you to fail. Eat what you want just dont eat the whole darn box or pie or
cake. The largest size I have been is a 22 im currently at a size 13/14 and
love my body. I ran my first 5k a few weeks ago too. Eat what you like and
what you want just dont eat everything. Good luck

  13. Great tips…so many of the “healthy foods” really aren’t!

  20. No shit. Who doesn’t know this shit already.

  21. OJ isn’t the cause of health problems. It is processed, refined, junk, fast
    foods & excess animal products.

  22. I’m very interested in the Yerba mate tea, but I’ve heard some things about
it raising your risk of cancer. Is that true?

  23. To regular people who want to burn fat some day, Copy and Paste Into Google
Fat Blast Factor and get started.

  24. Excuse me, organic orange juice works wonders against anti-aging. The sugar
that is naturally found within fruit will not effect your body negatively
like actual sugar will. Do your research please.

  25. this chick knows what she is talking about, drinking soy milk is a no no
coconut, and almond milk is the best option, all wheat products are the
devil! i stay away from all wheat, soy, fake sugar, real sugar, flour, and
heavy carbs, the best way to eat and lose weight is….GLUTEN FREE! thats
    how i lost 70lbs!
