    ones will be able to support you if they are informed of your goals. By
    knowing your goals they will not give you fattening foods that they
    normally would.

  4. man the push ups sucked, im totally struggling if I use that to rest… the
    squats were worse, but good work out though. ­čÖé

    hi, perhaps there was an error in d technique in performing d squats? how
    bout u checkout them vids dat share d technique in performin one. btw, if
    there’s pain, ice it down. should be ok. XD

    four times instead of you actually doing it. ´╗┐

  11. @ Anirudh Karan I think his intention was to motivate us by actually doing
    along with the viewer. Everybody from Jack LaLane to Billy Blanks does the
    same or at least has someone else do it.´╗┐

  12. To people saying that “fat people” disliked this video, you’re probably
    wrong. Overweight people search for these videos in hopes of finding
    something that could help them lose weight. If they found a good, simple
    workout then why would they dislike it? ´╗┐

  16. I’m so happy to have found this workout! I’ve been doing this daily for
    just over a month now and I’m definetely seeing results. First, it was
    really hard . I mean, I could barely do a single pushup. Now, I can do the
    entire exercise with ease. I’ve even started adding on sets to increase the
    difficulty, so far I’m at six. Start off by following the video once or
    twice, and then you can set your own timer and music.

  20. I just started working out. So im learning different tricks about putting
    on weight. And cardio. Should I be doing this workout daily? Everyother
    day? ´╗┐
