    Looks healthy and delicious! 🙂 Similar to my diet actually haha. Not sure
    if I’d have that shake though after working out. The best way to obtain
    protein is from natural food sources: lean meat, eggs or nuts and legumes
    or dairy like yogurt would be a better option, or even buy some raw protein
    powder to make your own shake. I love how you focus on consuming nutrient
    dense foods rather than surrendering to low calorie ‘diet foods’ that are
    insufficient in vitamins like some people do on here xo

  19. my dad bought these probiotic korean milk things, and i add it to my
    morning juice, also i love the videos! i love fiber in smoothes i make but
    some times i have to squeeze it, like pomegranate seeds ha. but it is very
    educational just the every day meal and explainations!! i am getting into
    this but need more vidsss. also i love oatmeal, ginger, cayenne, tea,
    apples, pears, bananas, hemp, hemp heeeemp!! i find this an emotional
    journey learning of each individual food, but its great, love it!

  20. yess! i looked at freelee the banana girl, learning myself up into healthy
    lifestyle, and nutrient dense high cal, high carbs is the way to go! i love
    making my juices and food preperation, making it pretty, unique,
    interesting new dishes, it is so joyful how yummy it is! to think i was
    once picky and didnt like some foods, now i eat it all the time! just a few
    bumps to get over, like we always should do. but best thing is to educate
    on websites thats all about real food! whole foods yay!

    I have almost ruined myself by dieting in order to reduce weight and my
    family was very worried, because i use to gain and loose weight abruptly.

    Luckily, I started using this “How To Eat” mobile app by lokesh which made
    me eat the right foods and in right way and using a game like points
    etc.and made it funny!

    now, i have reduce weight in a clean way
