  2. Yeah, it’s hard finding the right stuff in the bread aisle. There are some
    good picks in there, you just gotta dig! 🙂 Yes! My favorite is peppermint
    tea with a bit of honey or stevia in the raw 🙂

  13. you can easily make your own balsamic vinaigrette, just mix some balsamic
    vinegar with some olive oil and some pepper, then add in some mustard if
    you like, much healthier and cheaper!

  21. Excellent video! However extra protein is not stored as fat but it is hard
    on the kidneys!

  22. Saying that too much protein can make you gain weight is not accurate! Too
    many carbs or too much fat makes you gain fat SO much more easily than
    protein. You can gain weight from anything but with protein it is extremely
    extremely difficult to put on FAT weight.
